How we
evidence it
Measurement is designed into the programme, not bolted on at reporting time. Baselines are captured before delivery starts, indicators are agreed with the client and the funder, and progress is recorded against them at defined intervals.
Site visits and performance monitoring continue after implementation, because the interesting question is not whether a programme was delivered but whether it held.
Every figure we publish is traceable to a project register we can put in front of a client, an auditor or a funder.
